received to the delivery of the final product.
The design of the premises and the upgrading
of the equipment comply with the requirements
of the modern meat industry, ensuring controlled
production conditions and high hygiene standards.

PRODUCTION
BIKRE’s production plant is supported by automated production lines, modern
cold rooms and blast-chillers, and advanced packaging systems.
Producing more than 300 product codes, BIKRE has the flexibility and capacity
to meet different product and market specifications.
The production processes operate based on international safety and quality standards,
with full traceability and controls at all stages. The continuous investments in
technology and know-how enhance the company’s ability to evolve and adapt
to the requirements of the international market.





FLEET & DISTRIBUTION
BIKRE’s privately owned refrigerated fleet ensures the integrity of the
refrigeration chain and the reliable distribution of its products.
The structured logistics operation, featuring 2 distribution centres, and
temperature control throughout all transport stages, support stable
quality through to the point of delivery in domestic and international markets.



QUALITY AND CERTIFICATIONS IFS, TUV, HALAL, BRCGS.
Compliance with the necessary rules and standards for the health and safety of the
products produced is BIKRE’s main priority. The state-of-the-art facilities of the
new plant ensure the production of high-quality products that meet the requirements
of strict European legislation.

All BIKRE products are produced in accordance with the strictest safety and hygiene
standards provided for by Greek and European legislation, the implementation of
which is supervised by specialised scientific personnel (veterinarians, food technologists,
and chemists). At all stages, from production to final product distribution, full compliance
is maintained with the stringent specifications of international certification bodies.
