TIMELINE

The Chatzigavriilidis family enters the meat industry with the opening of their first butcher shop in Amisiana, Kavala.

A second butcher shop opens in the centre of Kavala, expanding the business’s presence in the local market.

BIKRE S.A. is established, marking the transition to organised production activities.

BIKRE moves to the privately owned, modern facilities in Amisiana, Kavala, creating the foundations for further development.

The first production line for pre-cooked gyros starts operating, enhancing the company’s productive specialisation.

The second distribution centre and branch opens in Athens (Europe Cold Storage), strengthening the distribution network.

Significant investments are made to expand the plant and pre-cooked gyros production lines, logistics facilities, and corporate headquarters.
This new growth phase is marked by the rebranding of the company and its products.
