COMPANY HISTORY


The Chatzigavriilidis family launched its meat business in the 1970s, opening its first butcher’s shop in Amisiana, Kavala, with a second shop following ten years later.
Our family’s vision and ambition to expand our knowledge and experience in the meat business became reality in 1997, with the establishment of BIKRE, one of the most modern industrial meat processing and packaging units in Greece. Within a very short period of time, increased demand, combined with our continuous growth, made it clear that the company needed to relocate to larger facilities. So, since 2011, BIKRE has been operating in its privately-owned facilities in Amisiana, Kavala.
